European Whole Vehicle Type Approval is the widest ranging legislation to come to the road transport industry for a long time. It is being phased in from April 28th 2009, over 3 years. It is essential that everyone who makes, supplies and uses vehicles are aware of its impact. It is here to stay, and my advice is don`t fight it, because it will beat you.
