21/06/2009 This is the latest addition to our LIGHTBODY luton family. Built for furniture delivery, it has a massive advantage for Colledges of Belper. The body weighing just 400kg, it gives an 1120kg payload on its 3000kg VW Transporter chassis. Other advantages include the much reduced weight of the walk-up tailboard and the flap above. The whole body is light and airy with its transluscent roof panel, and is safe and secure. Certainly a huge improvement in every way on this customers previous body, and a great advert for them in these difficult times. This VW was supplied by Gilders of Newark. WEBSITE.

After 18 months in service, Colledges report that this body is doing sterling work, and have no problems to report. They are fully satisfied with the carrying capacity and performance of this vehicle.
